How to connect with C4 researchers (without spilling the beans!)
Non-Disclosure Agreements
The C4 is all about connecting industry and the broader public with its researchers to facilitate collaborations and advance technologies to market. We understand the importance of ensuring that confidential and proprietary information remains protected throughout these collaborations. That’s why we’ve developed a user-friendly, industry standard NDA which ensures that your information is kept confidential and each party’s interests are protected.
What can I expect in the C4 NDA?
The C4 NDA is consistent with standard industry agreements and embodies best practices for protecting confidential information. The C4 NDA contains terms which:
- Identify the information which is to be kept confidential
- Clearly define the purposes for which the information can be used
- Limit the disclosure of the information to those who have a need to know
- Require reasonable safeguards to protect the information
- Where appropriate, appoint a designated representative to be responsible for disclosure and receipt of the information.
