About C4
Coordinating, Cooperating, and Collaborating to Commercialize Technology
C4 is a consortium dedicated to enhancing commercialization by sharing resources and best practices between ten universities and research institutions in south-western Ontario. This consortium creates a critical mass of expertise, resources and capacity in the region dedicated to transferring ideas, knowledge and technology to businesses and industry to improve Canadian society. Ultimately, the efforts of C4 will enhance Canada’s global competitiveness in the knowledge-based economy of the 21st century.

Our Funders
Funding for the C4 is provided by the federal government's Intellectual Property Mobilization program which is administered by the Tri-Councils. This funding is provided by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) and Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR).

The C4 is also funded by the Ontario government through the Ministry of Research and Innovation's Ontario Research Commercialization Program.
