Welcome to C4

C4 fosters innovation in Southwest Ontario by promoting technology transfer and commercialization. Comprised of ten universities and research institutions, C4 members coordinate their resources, cooperate with governmental and industrial bodies, collaborate in multi-disciplinary research to solve real world problems, and commercialize the results of their research.

Technologies

C4 has released a new list of technologies that we are seeking partners for. C4 representatives will be at the BIO 2011 tradeshow in Washington D.C. to promote these technologies and meet potential collaborators. C4 will be in the Ontario pavilion (booth 3811). Feel free to contact us to arrange a meeting.

About C4

The C4 members are:

This diverse group of universities and research institutions provide a broad and deep base of expertise for C4. C4’s members generate hundreds of new discoveries each year. It is C4’s mission to help its members transfer the benefits of these discoveries to society.

After more than four years of promoting technology transfer and commercialization with our partner institutions, C4 is restructuring itself. We are currently developing a plan for the future of C4 and expect to have a detailed vision to share with you in mid-2011.

Templates

C4 remains committed to sharing best practices between institutions.  In that spirit our model and template agreements are still available as a reference.
